The PJC has a wide range of Specialised Documents available covering management systems, policies, plans through to site based operational documents including high risk activities.
PJC has been involved in establishing site base systems as well as maintaining these systems to see the site remain compliant and strive for continuous and ongoing sustainable improvement, covering from the initial site assessment through to the finalisation of the site operations.
These system or specialised documents can include daily operational procedures, reports, audit & review documents as well as future recommendations, and where change is not only pre assessed and planned but where it is introduced and managed in a consultative process.
PJC can integrate their established management systems format to either run in parallel with your current site systems, documents and procedures further enhancing your current system or have these PJC documents and systems become part of your company systems and procedures as well passing on the necessary training and skills to your personnel for continued use.
