Safety Management System Plans
Along with the legal and regulatory requirement to see such plans are developed and in place there is a need to see that are developed in consultation with relevant resident workforce and are maintained.
The Mining and Civil Construction side risk & safety systems and plans must not only meet this need but be understandable to the workforce and stakeholders they are assisting in protecting.
PJC’s core base comes from a “Hands On” working knowledge in both Mining and Civil Construction areas and we understand not only the culture within these two core industries but the human behavioural aspects as well.
This knowledge and understanding allows systems and plans to be developed that are relevant and understandable as well as developed in consultation with the workforce, giving further ownership, helping drive change and maintain an acceptable level of risk within a safe operating workplace.
