Often these Specialised Deliveries are also “Complex” or “Rarely Performed” and/or require both “Specialised Skilled Personnel” and “Special Plant or Equipment” too.

PJC can assist covering initial workplace and personnel assessment, training and operational implementation, as well as the “System” and “Environment” areas are equally “Pre qualified”, “Fit for purpose” and maintained as such.

PJC has established structured systems and procedures available to manage these often higher hazardous tasks to see they are adequately assessed, planned, resourced and executed. These works sometimes involve specific controls and this can effect not only the tasks doers but the support staff needed to cover both the works and any emergency preparedness & response should things not go to plan.
This support staff and emergency response plan can involve many groups or stakeholders as well as unique equipment. PJC can directly manage these specialised deliveries either independently from your staff and operations or they can work with your staff to see they are aware and where possible directly involved in the process and the learning & retention areas.

At PJC we see that specialised work can be managed either directly by PJC people, systems and equipment or as a joint effort to achieve an acceptable and effective outcome.
As mentioned previously, PJC has “Systems and Procedures” to assist in the management and control of both “Specialised Tasks” and “High Risk Activities” such as “Standards”, “Procedures” and “Permits” all available for site use or tailoring to your system requirements.
We pride ourselves on controlling the process and if that control can not be to as low as reasonably possible and acceptable then the task or process is stopped and reviewed. Should there not be an acceptable or alternate agreed controlled plan than work will not commence or continue, in the case of change during the course of the works.
