This service can range from;

• Personnel, Working behind the scenes, along side your staff, or substituting in a role as one of your staff members in short or long term arrangements,
• Covering key roles within the organisation whether it is production and/or engineering including statutory positions at critical times within the mining cycle,
• Planning, Conceptual plan development, engineering design, supply, manufacturing, procurement, commissioning, ongoing and periodic operational assessment through to targeted Audit and Review requirements,
• Training, assistance and/or assessment, including evaluation of existing systems or the transition to another platform. PJC can bring both the ability to train and assess with an added bonus of first hand experience in key areas which includes “High Risk Activities”
• Safety and Risk Management, is where PJC’s working knowledge can help uncover those key areas that need special attention and bring a wider broader net capture over the assessment at hand and assist in developing a fuller composite list of controls further assisted by PJC ‘s wider industry exposure from the site in question.
• Supervision and Mentoring,  is one key area that PJC and Peter has a passion for. Putting the right words, or systems for that matter, may not be all that is required. Often the key difference or missing component to getting it right is understanding our people and the effect they can or do have on others and the outcome. In this area PJC likes to work close with your staff monitoring and assessing the behavioural related impacts to see that development is firmly understood and tuned to achieve the desired outcome for both the site and the individual.
• Engineering Assistance, whether it be just another set of eyes to assess the challenge or a fresh set of ideas that can be the difference, PJC gets pride in knowing they have been able to positively contribute to the challenges that engineering faces. From people to products, concept to operational application we may be able to offer that key required to meet your challenge.
• Project management, scheduling is a very useful tool and one that can be used to show or forecast a wide variety of options some which may appear to be achievable on paper but at PJC we like to think that all that glitters may not be gold, so to this end we can play the devil’s advocate and vet or test those plans with an old fashioned human element and see achievable real and sustainable outcomes are found.
